Snap! Ive always used a 3/4 ounce weight for flipping and pitching. Now i know why i havent been catching much lately. Ill try using the lighter weights from now. I been flipping and pitching now for about a year and i love learning new techniques to improve my game. Thank you for being a great source of learning
