Holy moly, you cooked with this one! Literally the intro of the show, so many great scenes, and the Zord compatibility blew me away! I'm actually pretty disappointed in the Boonboomger Toyline for how little and uncreative combination possibilities there are, but for anyone with Zordbuilder Toys, this is an entire game changer :D

I just started watching and had to write this, OH MY GOD that intro! Way to start off with a bang! Update: As I get close to the end, I agree Zordbuilder was very underrated. The fact that they had a line compatible with multiple seasons was awesome. They might look as good as Japan’s mecha, but they allowed for lots of creative formations as well as very ridiculous ones too. But then again, it’s Power Rangers! Ridiculousness is in its DNA!
I saw the thumbnail and thought, "Oh cool, the BoonBoomger toys are compatible with past Super Sentai!".....I was NOT expecting the compatibility between them and ZordBuilder!! That's actually even cooler!

Robert Axelrod, Tom Wyner, Pua Magasuva, and Jason David Frank, I’m just counting the recently deceased power rangers actors, no disrespect to Thuy Trang or Machiko Soga.

they just announced a new "dx robo universe" line using the system that byoon d uses, which is honestly so sick. I had no idea that they were cross-compatible with the american zord builder line, but now bandai JP is making their own zord builder line! They announced Toq-oh, engine-oh and gokai-oh all. I wonder how gokai-oh is gonna compare to the zord builder SMF zord...

Man this video takes me back. The American zords got a lot of hate but the actual Zordbuilder system itself was really special. Those really were the good ol days in retrospect.
My only complaint was that they weren't always to the same scale, so if you tried to mix and match arms or legs from different lines they'd be lopsided.
I loved the opening sequence to this video and I especially loved the fact these Boomunger toys are compatible with Power Rangers toys this is so Awesome the combinations must endless 😅😅😅😅

I was actually smiling all throughout this video, your enthusiasm is infectious! Also, I love that whenever anyone ‘morphs’ in these videos they just put on a new shirt with the suit pattern, makes me wonder how soon you get these once the newsuit designs are revealed
Mia usually deigns the shirts when we see the new season. We try to have our shirts in time for the release of the toys, usually around March (and then they're in our shirt store for anyone who wants to be the best dressed coolest kid in town! 😁)
OMGoise Greats! i didnt know the Megaforce Dragon wings came off! i got a loose dragon as a bonus for an ebay purchase of some Dino Charge stuff and it wasn't really in great shape so I didn't really know what to do with it. but now I'm using the wings for my Dino Charge TRex Gold Mega Pack Zord. Kinda Works. and the Gold edges on the Dragon Wings go with the mega pack Gold paint so. that kinda works
That opener and different logo were just the nuts!! 💯💥a brilliant video throughout,I loved the cartoon brumia&Jerry,I'd like a "funko"version of those! Have a great morphicon,wish I was there,yours would be the 1st stand I'd go to.
Nothing was sacrificed, and this is an unintentional compatibility between new Japan and old US toys. For 50 years, these were never known to have crazy articulation. Fans begged, so we got more expensive Legacy and Lightning Collection stuff, and Japan did two years of more articulated Megazords, sounds like that didn't go over well with the intended audience. They also do model kits.
Another awesome video as usual. The opening vid is amazing!!! And I love Jerry's close up face. Always a joy to see the man, especially in your vlogs. I am amazed at the Zord Builder BoonBoomger compatibility. That is pretty cool. Man, I wish I could go to Power Morphicon this year. Looks amazing. But the US is soooo far away and the currency is just too strong compared to Australia... maybe another time. :(

@6:50 you staring at that pile of parts makes me think of when i moved three years ago - i took all my 10+ years of zords, broke them down as far as they'd go, and threw all of them into one giant plastic bin, thinking 'oh yeah, sure, it'll be easy to remember what goes to what later.' fuck me, right. it took forever to puzzle out what tiny red piece went to which tiny red thing and so on and so forth. way harder than i imagined. your eyes when you broke down that zord into a million pieces was so familiar to me. it is hilarious that the new jp dx zords are zord builder compatible. if i had been a kid, zord builder would've been the coolest gimmick, although i really didn't like it as an adult collector because it made me notice all the shortcuts and sacrifices that they had to make to keep the toys (mostly) compatible with each other. i really love the one short/one long arm on the movie megaforce base zord, made me laugh super hard.
