Since more than a year, Shkoon (Underyourskin Records) refreshes the middle-eastern most poetic songs with deep house rythms and a layered electronic sound. Mixing their different skills and influences, they use music to uplift the senses and explore cultural bridges..
Along with the talented Syrian violinist Maher Alkadi, they blessed us with an ecstatic live performance at our opening in Paris, Petit Bain.

You spent tedious days and weeks and months wading through drivel, chintz, erzatz and likewise music on UA-cam. And then one day, you stumble on a gem like this and BOOM !!! The clouds part, the earth shakes, flowers bloom, rivers turn into beer, ice cream flows direct from cow udders, and the birds which previously pooped on the balcony come clean your living room for you. Anyway, great music guys, keep it up !!!

I have a great experience with House/Deep House music, but you guys are really different, The Syrian violinist Maher Alkadi with the lead vocal and everyone in the band, You are all awesome. The mixes you make between the slow house and the oriental singing is really unique and it's just perfect.
