Nice! Your workflow seems kinda weird to me but that's the beaty of old school CAD...Whatever works for you (unlike parametric which I find although useful is very limiting to an experienced designer who would be equally fast to manually edit features instead of origin points, in other words the only place I see parametric having an advantage is when you have parts all of whose dimensions originate from a nominal dimension like let's say a M8 DIN912 screw)
PS: The extend while in trim is super useful!

Well, it is the house plan where I used to live in... of course, measurements shown in this video are not accurate. I just imagined the house and made it in AutoCAD :D

bhaai aapka autocad version registered kyu nai hay....aur aap ka awwaj kaha hai woh kidar hai sound bhi low kiya hai aur low sound mein aap autocad mein floor plan keise banate hai uska tips bata rahey ho.
aap ka sound hi nahi hay toh keise dimension sunenge bhaiii thoda sound badalona kyu low karte ho battery toh charge pe rakhha hai aur sound bhi kam kiya hai
