Really depends on weather but generally nid oct to early is the best time

Can I ask about what date you go there? I plan to go this year but just be hesitate between 17-20. Or 23-25. Or around 27-30 oct.

we went there around Oct 15th...most of the higher elevation area like Norikura kogen is in red bloom..but lower elevation around the city is still beginning
