Thanks for coming out with these tips I will save this so I can reference it later on if I have any of these issues. I am very new to Neptune Apex literally a week ago after watching a lot of videos I thought it was going to be easy having one until I got one now it seems very complicated lol the first issue I had was not being able to download the app to my Android phone or tablet my devices are running Android 7.0 I have tried to see if I can update to a better version of it with no luck it tells me my devices are up-to-date I cannot use the app for Androids cuz my devices not compatible so I have to do on my laptop to Apex Fusion. I have a brand-new 94 gallon aquarium with a 40-gallon sump im hoping to start my cycle very soon, and I'm trying to keep a record of everything and the one thing I was trying to figure out is if I can set up maintenance notifications to alert me when it's time to do clean my pumps and excetera and I know I've seen a video I just can't remember where it was talkin about steps to set up maintenance on items and reminding you every 3 months to a year or so on and at one time I thought I saw you on a live chat helping someone with their programming but I can't remember if it was for the Apex
