Road Trip - OH Route 823 - Portsmouth Bypass

A relatively new road in Ohio, 823 bypasses Portsmouth & offers a rural drive through the mountains with 70 mph speed limits.

The ending looks more like Colorado than Ohio.

Most of the trip looks like Colorado with all the cuts in the hills. Had to watch what all the environmental degradation ODOT caused.
