TheKanonHara It's Miku. I own a copy of Project Diva F, And this is the same exact Vocals, Same exact song, same sound, same everything. So yes, it is Miku.
If the singing sounded more natural, then I could just love some of her songs. This one is certainly one of the better ones, but its really distracting when the times come that they sound unnatural. Some of her songs are filled with them that would be great otherwise.
It really depends on the producer though on how Miku would sounds like, for example MitchieM is famous for his human-like tuning while livetune is for techno-like tuning
