No other 5* requires another 5* to be considered USABLE and his multipliers are so incredibly low in comparison to AoE dps characters, that’s just pathetically sad. He needs a rework or a character that completely fixes his issues, he doesn’t have one and likely will never get a rework.

Not to mention, you can't outheal Seele if theres no enemies to hit you, automatically making her better than Luofraud at sustaining. Seele will always be there for you and won't dissapear among a sea of butterflies like my dad did. In short, have you tried playing Seele?
