In our area there is a dish called sukkurunde, bit it is a different one, prepared with crushed "hodalu", not the Pache hesaru as in this 🤔

Sudarshan, in Malayalam it is actually sukhiyan / sughiyan. Most of the times it is prepared in sweet version, seldom in spice version as well. As the green gram is included, it is rich in protein and healthy as well
