Anthony, hasn't the PE exam now converted to the CBT format, with references prohibited? My understanding is that most, if not all, exams prohibit examinees from bringing in any references.

That's correct, but not all exams are CBT yet Douglas - see the schedule here >> ncees.org/exams/cbt/
