I see a lot of people complaining but honestly having a great artist like Craig David cover a song from a band that its still new for some people it's quite a honor! The rap is flawless tho.
He makes the song like his own. The tune is so 'craig david' here, u know what i mean. I like the original more but craig did great.

This is a Great Cover!!!! One of the best I've seen, just like his Justin Bieber cover of love yourself. He takes the song and makes it his own with a different tempo and style with a cool rap at the end. Incredible Vocals !!! Craig is one of the rare singers that doesn't need auto tune to sound good. He has always been one of the best live vocalists. This is not true of many of today's top artists.

Why do I feel like there's a possibility of collaboration between Little Mix and Craid David? I remember Little Mix covered a Jason Derulo song and he listened to it in an interview and the voila, we were blessed with Secret Love Song. This time, Craig covered Secret Love Song and performed on stage with the girls at V Fest. Fingers crossed!

I love this version, he twisted it so his voice could fit with it and I love it! I obviously prefer our girls version because it has the emotion we all love! But I love both versions!😻🎶😻
I think he's very talented and this sounds really nice but I prefer the original slow song because it shows the emotions better. But he's really good! :)x

This is how you cover a song. You make it own your version and not copy the original style of the original singer.
This was in a different but it sounded so good. He just turned a ballad into a happy song. Those note changes, adlibs and vibrato are amazing. He deserve more recognition.

To all of you that say he killed the original...Craig David is very old school artist and known for his garage vibes which yes doesn't really have a movement like it did back then. But this performance of his cover has that garage esque (Rap, house, drum and bass mashed together)

I think this version was better than the original. Really love its complexity of emotional he express in this song. (Kinda fun, kinda joy but deeply, it was sad and tragic.)
In my opinion, Little Mix version was better because this song is very emotional and has a better beat. He sang it very well though!
