That's a very healthy robust cutting with a strong root system. Most sold don't come close to that size. I would say without Co2,it will grow well..but since slow,be careful algae does not cover the leaves. It can get brown cyanobacteria..that is not possible to scrape off or remove. Its takes erythromycin or any commercial BGA remover. If no Co2? Avoid cutting it into small pieces...that will really slow it up. If you want to try to make one plant many and no Co2,your are forewarned! It likes a good flow of water over it and the lighting should be,bright, warm..6-10K I think it's the nicest looking foliage(green) plant to grow in the aquascape...needs room too.
