I had bad nail fungus for years. I ended putting on oil of garlic 3 to 5 times a day and before going to bed. In one month the two fungus nails fell off and revealed two healthy nails growing underneath. It was amazing.
Did I just hear you say “it’s ruined people’s lives for years”? If that’s ruined someone’s life, then they must have a very low threshold for things that ruin lives.
Wanted to add two things that are working for me: drying the nail with a hair dryer after showering, and letting the nail get direct sunlight daily. Since fungi grow in dark, wet places, it makes since to do the opposite and do light and dry.
Steven, thanks for the great response! We are grateful for your support. You are absolutely correct - nail and skin fungus growth is affected and impeded by sunlight, heat (but be careful to not burn your skin), good ventilation, and keeping affected area dry. However, it takes a longer time of repeated treatments to successfully eliminate fungus. Just remember that it takes about 6 months to grow new healthy nails on your toes. I bought a 'traditional remedy" online that had 5 stars. I used it for 2 months - twice a day, and it worked. It took about a year for the bad nail to grow all the way out, but I could tell within a month it was working because new nail looked clear. I did it for 2 months just to be sure.

I'll add one more to your list to help cure the problem and prevent future recurrence; Expose your toe nails to the air and sun. Barefoot may not be the best solution, but sandals or flip flops can be worn whenever practical. Bare toes eliminates moisture and prevents heat build up. Sunlight and UV rays kill fungi and bacteria.
@@Plainsimple67 None of the UA-cam doctors seem to be referring to that, but I do know that several of the oral medications that can be prescribed for toenail fungus have a side effect of causing liver damage. I've also heard people say it is caused by a virus, rather than a fungus. Others have said it's a virus related to HPV (Human Papilloma Virus).
I got this from my father when I was a kid. I’m about to be 42 I haven’t wore sandals or flip-flops since I was probably eight years old and I would absolutely love to because I am absolutely mortified by the size of my toes. I know my mom and dad when I was younger took Lamisil I believe it was but that can cause liver issues so I don’t want to do that and I desperately need this fixed and I’m Wheatus using toenail clippers I have to use wire cutters just to trim them and I feel lost. I’m not gonna lie. I really hope one of these home remedies work because I need help.

It's best to file down the nails and also treat them topically, from the outside, if taking the oral medications to attack the issue from the inside. I tried clearing my toenail issues twice with oral medications. The issue came back because I didn't treat the issue from the outside also. Some of the infected nail remained after the oral treatments, enough to cause it to spread again. Looking back I should not have trusted the doctors wholly. I should have been addressing the issue from the outside at the same time that I was trying to treat it internally with pills. Best wishes.
Filing down the nail is an absolute must. First, filing down the nail helps to return its' look and shape to something that resembles normal. Second, the top shinny surface of the nail will prevent topical solutions from penetrating into the nail to reach the nail bed. Even when you are well into the lengthy treatment process and you have the nail thin and looking "normal", you need to sand and abrade the surface of the nail about once a week, enough to remove that top shiny layer from the nail as you continue to apply the topical treatment.
The oral treatments are horrifically bad for your liver. Do not use them unless everything else has failed first and you just can't stand it. Tea oil and an emory board work for almost everyone...lots of other topical solutions work too, epsom salts etc.
Ouch, that is tough for sure! We really hope you feel better. Just make sure to see a podiatrist in the future if your problem continues. We really, really appreciate you as a fan and than you for watching!
I’m using uncolored listerin(soaking in one hour every day),it’s working slowly, but I see the result😀 …and you have to be patient because it takes months

I was just speaking to my father, who has toenail fungus on both feet, quite bad, or did at least. He has now cured it on one foot, and it's clearing on the other. He uses a UK product called Germolene cream. I don't know the ingredients, but it is an antiseptic cream, so maybe any antiseptic cream would work? It does make some sense, because antiseptics are supposed to prevent the growth of different microorganisms like bacteria and fungus. I looked up Germolene and toenail fungus on Google, and couldn't find a thing, other than one post, that looked genuine from someone who said it cured them. My dad applies it every three days, under the end of the nail after trimming them a little. I guess he could do it more often, but he showed me his foot and it looks 100% clear, the other foot still has it, but he says it's improved like the other did. Now one foot is clear, he's sown a little thread onto certain socks to mark them, so he doesn't wear the socks from his infected foot on the clear foot. And he puts a little antiseptic cream on the nail clippers after using them. I also have it on one foot, so I might try it, see if it works. It will take months to cure though, his did, I guess because you can only really hope to slow it down, stop it's growth, and wait for healthy nail to grow. I'm gonna copy and paste this comment and repost it on other videos, because it has worked for my dad, I've seen it with my own eyes, so I'll spread the word, good luck with it! Has anyone found Vicks vapour rub useful? I’m just starting tea tree oil as a nail polish type treatment but not sure it’s having much effect. Would appreciate hearing if Vicks works thanks 🙏
I put tea tree oil first, then on top Vicks. For first time in 10 yrs, my nail looks better! This treatment combo was much more effective than expensive Jublia or the prescription nail nail polish. Guess it's too cheap for doctors to recommend.
My toe nails got very long while I was trying to get a podiatrist to trim them. I kept getting told that they didn't trim toe nails unless you were diabetic. I tried every podiatrist in my area that took my insurance and they all said no diabetes won't trim them.
@@johncoe6304 you must be very young. Many people can’t trim themselves well for a variety of reasons, age, weight, balance, vision… usually associated with aging. There are people who will assist elderly, disabled or who have medical issues impeding their self care. It’s called compassion, not gross. A lack of compassion is more gross in my opinion, but I’ll assume a lack of maturity and hope you develop maturity and compassion at some point.
@@dreamzofhorses I'm not sure that @John Coe meant any harm by that statement. Just that he could see it being difficult to find someone to do a personal task for you that involves a fungal issue. Or perhaps, the one needing care can find someone who is willing to be coached or watch a good training video.

Nail fungus requires enough time to treat even with a solution. It`s been a few months as my hubby used this fungal treatment method t.co/cXHql7o10S 2 times a day for his nail. He found the treatment truly effective. In only few weeks, his 2 pinkie and large toes are treated; nevertheless, stubborn fungus infection .on the nail’s edge is really tough to eliminate.. .
I'm going to start showering with a waterproof cast-protector to always keep the foot dry and apply Lysol Disinfecting Spray and Gold Bond Medicated Foot Powder to my shoes and socks. As far as treatment, any thoughts on this daily regimen: 1) Cut nail as short as possible 2) sand down the top of the nail with a dremel / electronic-foot-file 3) Soften nail by soaking it for 20 minutes using: 1Tbsp Epson Salt + 1/3 Cup Water + 1/3 Cup White Vinegar + 1/3 Cup bleach + 1 tsp Yellow Listerine (Thymol) 4) Then Thoroughly Dry Nail with hair dryer, or use a heat lamp or even fire from a lighter (thermotherapy) 5) shine UV light with one of those (covid?) sanitation devices. 6) Mix as much BAKING SODA as possible to Vaseline+VicksVaporRub (Thymol) and apply this paste to the nail 7) Apply 2 Drops of Iodine (Decolorized Povidone) + Tea Tree / Oregano / Clove / Garlic + Lavender Oil + Pro Clearz Toenail ‘polish’ (contains 1% Tolnaftate) 8) Gently wrap to prevent any water contact

Mine is very early stages. I think it’s fungus? My two big toenails have orange on the sides of them. Mostly towards the front. Doctor said do Vicks vapor rub every day for two months and file the nail down. That’s it. So hopefully I’m getting this early. He almost even seemed annoyed that I was suggesting. I need to do something to treat it lol. He said, I pay attention to symptoms more than other people. But it’s like you said, Better to get it before it turns into something worse. He’s probably just used to people coming to him when things are already bad. Is it true that I shouldn’t worry about using the same towel for my feet as I do for the rest of my body after a shower? Somebody said I need a separate towel. But from my understanding, if I was going to get fungus on my face or the rest of my body, it already would’ve happened by now if it’s only on my feet. Especially when I am addressing it right now wearing Vicks. I’m also once per week, applying my Clorox bathroom cleaner gel for a couple minutes before I start my shower. Also, they say it takes a year to grow out a toenail, but after my doctor visit two weeks ago, I trimmed the toenails. Then yesterday they were already long enough to where I needed to trim them again. And I mean it’s looking like the toenail clipping in your video, it’s not just a little bit. It was a normal amount. So I guess my toenails grow fast. But I was excited thinking I was going to be able to just trim off most of the orange. And I guess I did but I look at them and they still look orange. Does this mean I’m not getting proper circulation for my immune system to fight this off properly? My left calf is missing hair on the left side of it. Like mostly all gone. And I have bad varicose veins there. The doctor said he’s not worried about it. Excuse me? And I even told him my feet get cold or sometimes they feel like they are cold but they’re not actually cold. He was trying to shoo me out the door and he said well if we want to talk about that more, we will have to do another visit. After he literally just told me he’s not worried about it and I’m too young to do tests about my circulation. I just don’t see how these could not be related. I also told him how my fingernails, you can see the vertical lines on my fingernails when you couldn’t before. He just said that’s hard to diagnose. He didn’t really wanna talk about that either. I wasn’t trying to give him a list of things to worry about. I was trying to let him know all of my symptoms, so if there were any links, he could try and find them. I also have low TSH And it’s been low the past three times. I’ve done blood test. And it’s gone lower each time. But he swears my thyroid is fine because T4 and T3 is normal. Anyway, I don’t have blue toenails or anything. It’s just orange on the edges. It’s been going on for a few months. And now it looks like there is some black on the edges. Or at least a little darker. But when I put my fingernail under the toenail, to kind of lift it up a little bit, the toenail looks white. So maybe it’s under the toenail. It might just be gunk. Because now I use a toothbrush on my feet in the shower. Well, my big toes mainly. But the problem with that is I think the bristles getting in between the nails, is pushing the gunk deeper, I guess. I say gunk, but it’s not like this horrendous thing. I take care of myself, probably more than other people do to most people my nails probably just look like normal feet. But normally I can put my finger nail under there and scrape out gunk in the shower and everything is good. It seems like lately it feels like the sides of my toenails are glued to my toes. I thought it was weird that my doctor told me to also file my nail every day. I’m definitely not going to do that every day. He didn’t explain why. But now, after hearing that people, with bad cases have super thick toenails, come to think of it whenever I trim my toenails they do kind of feel extra crispy. I always thought that was weird like due to lack of circulation but maybe it just means the toenails are starting to thicken up a little bit. So I bought a pack of like 20 files for like two bucks. So I don’t really use any of them. Maybe a couple times a week I just file the nail down a little bit.
On top of that, I am taking my Clorox bleach bathroom gel to my toes. Maybe once per week. Just putting the gel on the toenails and leave it on there for a couple minutes before my shower. Not sure if it’s helping but worth a shot. Plus, I was wearing the same pair of socks for four days in a row. But I work in retail it’s not like they were sweaty or anything. Maybe they were and I just never realized it. I mean my feet were not wet or anything. But I guess moisture isn’t always something that we can detect on our own. Now I’m wearing one pair per day. It kind of feels silly. Like after work yesterday I was like? I’m going to just throw these in the hamper? They felt like perfectly fine socks. But I guess especially now that I know I probably have toenail fungus, it’s better to take precautions. Not to mention, I cleaned out the shower floor with the bleach gel. Honestly, I hadn’t done that probably in like a year. And wouldn’t you know it, there’s actually orange around the drain. And the shower curtain liner. I might just get a new liner. Do you think it’s possible I can I am getting the fungus from my shower? So I guess cleaning the shower every once in a while will be a help as well. I definitely know there is crispy black mold that falls down from the plastic shower wall every now and again. I’m guessing it’s really bad Behind the plastic wall and that it just gets moist and falls down sometimes. I bet you if I lift up that plastic wall I’m just imagining an entire black wall but I could be wrong. That can’t be too healthy. Now I just need to find out why I get red dots on my skin sometimes. The doctor told me to just start taking Claritin every month. Again, he just seems annoyed. Any time I’m bringing up some thing I want help with. He just said he has no way of telling me what’s causing it. Well no shit. But I mean you could help me try to figure it out. Damn.

I got three toenails removed about four months ago and the toenails grew back with fungus. What did I do wrong? Any advice? I was applying topical lacquer to the skin where the toenail should be and still nothing has worked.
@C. Lord Wow! That sounds like so much work, but if it is what I need to do to get rid of the fungus, then it shall be done. I have had toenail fungus for over 6 years. It is time to get serious.
I walk a lot. Big toe hit shoe, bruised, and eventually separated with another one growing underneath. It grew back ugly and some of the others started to thicken.. Finally went 2 months ago to a podiatrist who took a clipping and sent to a lab.. Came back no fungus or cancer. Prescribed 40% urea and sent me along my way. Since then one of my good nails started itching around the cuticle, turned black and fell off with blood underneath. Now my right toe is starting to itch and has a grey cast to it. Getting really getting frustrated. What should I do now?

Everyone today is a Gym and Aerobics nut. Quit walking on these damn floors full of Athelet's Feet and Foot Fungus and God knows what else. Wear flip-flops. I got rid of Athlete's Foot around 22 years old which I had since I was a kid that I got at the swimming pool. I went swimming at Glenwood Springs years later and got it again. I got rid of it again. It happened again a year or so later I got rid of it again. I got smart and stop walking on their floor barefooted. I wore flip-flops on other trips to Glenwood Springs and never got it again. Do not put your feet on the floor of gyms, swimming pools, etc., and such places. Wake up!
Thank you for this explanation I have been trying to sort my feet out for ages. I've used alot of products but never together so am going to try this. Question What do you think about Hydrogen peroxide for foot fungus? I have people who recommend it, do you??
They do work and they are proven through evidenced based research and through personally using it on thousands and thousands of patients. Is everyone exactly the same? They are not, but almost daily we see patients thinking nothing works and by doing some of these correctly or identifying the pitfalls there is very quick improvement.
Definitely does work. About six months ago some random commenter on another vid said the solution was to clean your feet really meticulously which I did and I sanded down my nail with sandpaper every day thats all I did and my nails are clear again. I think a lot of it is due to people not cleaning their feet well in my opinion.
@@RadioRich100 I also tried Sporanox and it didn't clear my toenails completely. The issue came back after 6 months because one of my toenails didn't completely clear up. I only treated it with oral meds and not topically. It is best to file down nails and to also treat them topically while taking the oral medication. Attack the issue from both the outside and inside, then continue to monitor and treat them topically once your done with the oral meds.
A friend told me to dip my feet into a mix one litter of water (as warm as I can tolerate), one tablespoon bleach, 1/2 cup of epsom salt, 1 tablespoon of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar every night for 30 minutes. Great advice. I have one more tip, but don't say it will work for everyone. I'm very fit, don't smoke, 22 bmi, 64 years old, and I got the fungus, 2 big toes from the gym, probably the changing room. I tried a brand name paint on liquid which did work to some extent, but slooowwwlyyy...lol. So talked to my fitness consultant (ok, not a podiatrist I know) and she recommended applying Povidon iodine once per day as she had anecdotal knowledge that it works. And boy did it work for me. It absolutely wiped it out at double the speed of the over the counter liquid. Now, maybe as I'm quite fit, and other factors helped it work for me, so not saying it's a miracle cure, but Povidon iodine is really cheap and might be worth a try. I think there even might be a colorless one if you don't want the temporary staining. It might help, however, listen to the podiatrists advice!
The highest rated over the counter remedies have tea tree oil and iodine. The iodine cause nail staining, which takes ~a year to grow out, but still better than the fungus. These work for sure, and do not cause liver damage like oral meds can, but you must apply them twice a day, and file away thickened nail, and do this for up to 2 months (usually 1 month, but to be sure).
Thank you 🙏 for explaining this so well !!! (Especially the part where you talk about how nail polish can cause toe fungus) Today I went to the doctor and she pretty much said that my fungus is very minimal and that for a solution,I should put “color nail polish” over it because it’s nothing to worry about, since she felt like it was more a “cosmetic thing”.😒( Never going there again)
Mine was minimal at the beginning of the summer and of course I wanted pretty painted toes for my new sandals ... didn't know it would.make it worse ! A good chunk of my toe nail is gone now 😒

Probably, if you do it twice a day, but that could also cause other damage. the traditional medicines ( various tree and plant oils) work also, without risk, but they do require diligence to apply them twice daily for as much as 2 months.

If possible, we would appreciate a quick and easy rating from you, and a good rating makes a BIG difference for us!

I bought a 'traditional remedy" online that had 5 stars. I used it for 2 months - twice a day, and it worked. It took about a year for the bad nail to grow all the way out, but I could tell within a month it was working because new nail looked clear. I did it for 2 months just to be sure.

Thankyou for the tips, I’ve just started my journey towards fungi freedom
I'll add one more to your list to help cure the problem and prevent future recurrence; Expose your toe nails to the air and sun. Barefoot may not be the best solution, but sandals or flip flops can be worn whenever practical. Bare toes eliminates moisture and prevents heat build up. Sunlight and UV rays kill fungi and bacteria.
#12... avoid public wet places ie: pools public showers... wear sandals... avoid nail polish
I BELIEVE TOE NAIL FUNGUS IS LIVER ISSUE, OR HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH AN INTERNAL INFECTION OR BACTERIAS!!

We are working hard every day to make better and more meaningful content! This is what keeps us going, for sure.
Love your channel doc. Wish more doctors were like you.

One thing I would add, fungus likes moisture and darkness, he doesn't take his socks off much, or wear sandals inside, but I think that would make sense to do as well as keeping nails short, and using the cream.
Go see a doctor and get a prescription. Lamisil worked for me many years ago. Embarassment over.
Tea tree oil applied neat is pretty aggressive, and will flow into the hard to reach areas around the cuticle.
tea tree oil, used directly on toe nail or does it need to be mixed with something else

I heard rubbing alcohol worked after you roughed up the nail surface. I couldn’t find rubbing alcohol anywhere, and the stores told me isopropyl alcohol was the same. Would you recommend isopropyl alcohol after ruffing up the nail?
I have to regularly rip off my nails at the base from the bedding because it only rots the top half..so my big toe is bloody and I have to tolerate torture literally.. I have read and watched the bleach Idea as well as garlic.. didn't work with garlic btw
You can buy glass nail files and cuticle pushers so you can file and eliminate unwanted skin build up around the nails. They are easily cleaned after each nail to prevent spread of fungus and no waste. Hope this helps 😊

I have been battling toenail fungus for 15 years. I am now trying iodine per Dr. Berg's suggestion on his UA-cam channel

My toe nails got very long while I was trying to get a podiatrist to trim them. I kept getting told that they didn't trim toe nails unless you were diabetic. I tried every podiatrist in my area that took my insurance and they all said no diabetes won't trim them.
Family member? You cant do that yourself? I mean, its sorta like needing help in the bathroom. Very personal. Kinda gross
But yes, compassion is a wonderful trait, and if more people learn how to treat nail fungus, more people will be available to help those around them with personal care. Or perhaps, the one needing care can find someone who is willing to be coached or watch a good training video.
If there is no fungal problem and just length, you can go for a pedicure (if you can't cut your own toenails for some reason).
Do you dip your toe into bleach just once, and the fungus goes away in a week, or do you dip your toe into bleach every day for a week?
I used Thrush-X for horses. Seriously. It worked.

As far as treatment, any thoughts on this daily regimen:
1) Cut nail as short as possible
2) sand down the top of the nail with a dremel / electronic-foot-file
3) Soften nail by soaking it for 20 minutes using: 1Tbsp Epson Salt + 1/3 Cup Water + 1/3 Cup White Vinegar + 1/3 Cup bleach + 1 tsp Yellow Listerine (Thymol)
4) Then Thoroughly Dry Nail with hair dryer, or use a heat lamp or even fire from a lighter (thermotherapy)
5) shine UV light with one of those (covid?) sanitation devices.
6) Mix as much BAKING SODA as possible to Vaseline+VicksVaporRub (Thymol) and apply this paste to the nail
7) Apply 2 Drops of Iodine (Decolorized Povidone) + Tea Tree / Oregano / Clove / Garlic + Lavender Oil + Pro Clearz Toenail ‘polish’ (contains 1% Tolnaftate)
8) Gently wrap to prevent any water contact

CHECK FOR MINERAL DEFICIENCIES AND TAKE YOUR VITAMINS, PREBIOTICS AND PROBIOTICS. CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOUR KIDNEYS AND LIVER ARE FUNCTIONING WELL, STOP CONSUMPTION OF SUGAR AND CARBS.
Damn.
You had me at fun guy 🤣🤣🤣

Straight Apple Cider Vinegar two times a day. 😊

Excellent hope it helps!
Too much peroxide can cause damage, also be safe!
This guy apparently never had toe nail fungus, for most people these things dont work except for the pills which are dangerous.
They do work and they are proven through evidenced based research and through personally using it on thousands and thousands of patients. Is everyone exactly the same? They are not, but almost daily we see patients thinking nothing works and by doing some of these correctly or identifying the pitfalls there is very quick improvement.
Ive cut the nail off and applied those home remedies directly on it and it doesnt work. The only thing I have seen that works is Sporonox.
I've been at this for over ten years and nothing has woked. My brother did the pills and they completely wrecked his digestive system
What do you think about using 10% bleach soaks in cold water for toenail fungi? Or zink creams for in between toe fungi to keep it dry and itch free?
A friend told me to dip my feet into a mix one litter of water (as warm as I can tolerate), one tablespoon bleach, 1/2 cup of epsom salt, 1 tablespoon of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar every night for 30 minutes. She told me it worked for her. I’ve also prepared a mix of a few drops of tea tree oil with regular Listerine. I apply it to my toes after the nightly soak. Let’s see if it works for me. No way I am taking pills because I used to have a fat liver.

John 3:16-21 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
Cool. So if I put my feet on a bible, my toenail fungus will go away ? Who knew ? 😜
It’s a good idea to wash your socks at minimum 60’C
If only healthcare was affordable we wouldn’t have the majority of these problems we have today
Not a word about cattails boo hiss
Like the plant? 🌵 ☘️
Can I use Clorox and water daily to soak my feet?
Yes i get rid of fungus using it
This is how I got rid of mine too
Get to the point what must use to get rid of this problem we don't have much money for data
Doctors always recommend using WiFi for streaming UA-cam videos!
Lysol? 😁
Bologna! Nothing works!!
Nothing
No remedy worked because I could not watch this video to the remedies
So go see your pediatrist and we'll see what your insurance covers? I love just how people living in a glass box automatically assume that EVERYONE has insurance can just "GO SEE THEIR PEDIATRIST" A lot of people can't afford to see a doctor.
Nothing will work unless is systemic remedies.!!!!
I'm gay now after seeing all these cute toes. Somebody hmu ASL please
Lets.get to the point too much talking what's the cure. Thanks
Get to the point
You talk WAAAAYYYY toooooo MUCH
Good gawd, those are the ugliest toenails I've ever seen!
Do you have a slight speech impediment or is that accent/pronunciation normal where you come from?
Dettol, diluted of course
I’ve been using Bleach, yes Bleach & it’s been working great.
I have been using colorless iodine. Got it on Amazon super cheap. Works when nothing ese did!
Castor oil worked for me. It was nice. Quickly absorbed and not messy
And you shouldn't because it gets worse
Mine was minimal at the beginning of the summer and of course I wanted pretty painted toes for my new sandals ... didn't know it would.make it worse ! A good chunk of my toe nail is gone now 😒
Nail polish DOES NOT cause nail fungus. It can make things worse
Thank you, I am so grateful for this information video with great details. I have made my first podiatrist appointment and hope to be seen soon. I have suffer from athletes foot and an embarrassing smell for the last five or more years. But, have tried many home remedies such as soaking my feet in Peroxide and salt with some success. Again, Thank you
I stated with it after going in the sea in 1 nail now it's in all of them and it's so bad 😭
What about shining UV-C Light on the toenail or nail fungus? Will that kill it?
Probably, if you do it twice a day, but that could also cause other damage. the traditional medicines ( various tree and plant oils) work also, without risk, but they do require diligence to apply them twice daily for as much as 2 months.
thank you for making this video, my family and i have had foot fungus for over 15 years and living in embarrassment we will share this information to the fullest for a healthy life
Thanks for watching!
Did it work please
have you had nail fungus continuously for 15 years?
I been having fungus on my toenails and fingernails for years
Just went to a dermatologist and he said use vinegar 2 parts water and 1 part vinegar and so far it looks like it's working soak for 15-20 minutes a day
I know this video was posted a while ago. I just want some people to know that most iodine has shellfish as an ingredient it might not say on the bottle but that might be why some people are allergic to it I myself do not use iodine that has shellfish in it. I found an iodine on Amazon that’s colorless and has no shellfish but it is a little bit more expensive. You get a lot more. thank you for sharing
Having recently read that white/colourless iodine works to destroy nail fungus, I also purchased some off Amazon.
How is your treatment going & how soon does it take for the first signs of positive results to take effect?
Every time I get out the shower, I go underneath my nail and scrape out the fungus and then apply tea tree oil. I hope this will help. 🥺
Is it working? :)
Update??
