I had the same problem that you with the sales person because when I went to get my phone the lady unboxed the phone took off the plastic on the screen and set up the phone and got fingerprints all over it and she didn’t even ask me🤦🏻♀️I was so pissed that day and I still am😡

I went from an iPhone 6 to 11 so the size was so different, but I got used to it. One thing I would say that I’m not a big fan of is the camera - i don’t really know how to explain it. It sometimes makes my face look discolored. Other than that I think it’s decent, I wouldn’t buy it if I had a phone that worked perfectly fine - my iPhone 6 had a lot of issues. Hi I believe it’s the size and the camera also there are minor details within like the battery life and such - if you go to the Apple website you can compare them. I think the purple one gets the job done :)
