The music of yawning man has always had a special kind of resonants. Like standing in the wide open desert scanning the sky for a UFO. Absolutely one of my favorite bands.
Have you seen the concert film they put out back in 2020? Live at giant rock? It definitely stands alone as an album on its own, but it was filmed out in the desert at like six in the morning with no audience. It’s so good and honestly one of the best documents of music they’ve ever released
