2. Love is a strategy, a psychology. Dont use feelings and emotions to get a guy to like you, it´s not how men bond (safety´s not his love need).
3. Be yourself. Your pesonality, your hobbies, etc. But be High Value, dont be a doormat, go for your goals, dreams and ambitions, have self-love and self-respect, control your emotions, understand the differences between men and women, let him pursue you.
4. Be light-hearted: Be happy, positive, cheerful, enjoy the moment, have fun with him, and try not to have expectations so you dont get disappointed. Let him give you freely and appreciate it and enjoy it.
5. Be mysterious (mystery is the power of seduction). Let him figure you out, dont be an open book cz it´s boring.

I did watch the video you linked about more information and I still would love more information. I just think this is what i have been doing wrong my whole life.
