- Enjoy back to back visits from a couple of rare east coast Gulfstream IIIs. N550JF flew into Riverside and N416WM went to Chino. N337LR is Chino based and was seen on departure to New Orleans MSY. Enjoy the sounds of the Rolls Royce Spey turbofan engines.
One word to describe these cool Gulfstream G-III'S legendary! 🇺🇲👍
I just realized, N337LR was the plane that went missing recently, but then landed, if you look it up, it is over the news because it lost contact 7 min into flight. Pretty interesting that you filmed the same plane nearly a year ago!
Yeah what a tragic yet common end for such a classic air frame...
Apparently N337LR landed in Africa a few days ago , sounds like fishy business
Compared to the Learjets and Falcons, this is the first "big jet" I ever got to fly. Fantastic, fast machine but very loud Spey Engines that drank lots of Jet-A1 and converted it into noise. Even the cabin was loud.....................Ah, the 80's. The Gulfstreams today by comparison are whisper quiet.
I took N416WM to cannes france once
nice shots!
Thanks! Hope all is well! We met back I bought those two x15s from you and gave you that police patch from Orange County. Still rocking those D4S shirts brother!
@@Skyes9 man that’s cool! Small world!
Curious, so whats that extra cylinder at the back of the engines- A hush kit defuser or something? Why does it need defusers..
Yes it’s the stage 3 hush kit to keep it FAA compliant.
Biblical! Especially that distance spool up. Sucks they are all riced out with trash cans though. 🥴

Those old engines are way to noisy, I'm glad that Gulfstream III is not allowed on European airports anymore.
Of course you are 🤡
What a redcoat clown..... Don't like it? Then don't live next to an airport.
@@Skyes9 Can we be friends 🤣
