I have cleared my grp 1 in first attempt within 5 months in june attempt... As for CAFM it is Little bit tougher as we usually have theoretical portion so in short i recommend you that you should allot separate and fixed time in a day for this subject and focus more on important chapters first by which you can easily fix your 40 marks....

Look into your score if less than 100 then go for that group only again but if if score is around 120-130 then you can go for both groups. But it totally depends on you as we know ourselves better if you can do both groups with proper revision in the coming 3 months then you can definitely go for both groups
