If the rarity of winning the lottery is 1/300m on average then you would be able to win the lottery 3.33 different times before getting that unit. If however Aizen is the same rarity as dio oh than that rarity shoots up to 1/20b and 66 lottery wins respectively. Albeit this math is incredibly flawed it’s a lot funnier to imagine that this guy could have won the lottery 66 individual times before getting that unit.
