Hi, Could you be able to guide me bit in details. I will reach Melbourne on 16th Jan 2023, so from Airport how to get a chepest room & arrangement of food groceries for 7 days until I get a proper place to say. What should be best location near St Kilda where I can search for a room or shared appartment. I will be on work permit for 2 years at this time. I have very short time left to plan accordingly.

You previously mentioned we can travel 3 months before course begins. But what about OSHC ? Oshc is given one week before the course start date for everyone. So isn't it breaking the visa condition if we travel early?
Just buy new OSHC from day you want to travel

In case of this, only those student can travel whose visa file has been deferred to next intake...so their Oshc start from previous intake classes... Those student cn travel
