Two brothers fighting for the British army are lined up together in the trenches to fight the opposing German forces. After a great battle, Pvt. Wesley ( the medic ) is having a form of post traumatic stress and begins to have flash backs of past battles. His brother Mikey ( assault ) tries to calm him down, telling him everything will be alright. Later the boys find themselves in an ambush when a lone German soldier throws a grenade into the trench. As all out war breaks loose, the British try to hold the line and fight the German troops off, failing to do so they fall back to a position further back where Wesley must get on an AA gun and take out 3 bombers before they get to the British lines. What happens next? Find out in this awesome Battlefield 1 Short Film.

I smile everytime I see the next scene, Amazing job and I'm happy to have been the main character of this amazing movie, The voice acting was pretty good for the most part and the scenes fit so perfect together and everyone did a superb job in acting and u did a superb job with the scenes

I believe the medic is meant to represent Indian Soldiers during WW1 based on the appearance.
Also can I recommend some weapons for each side to make it more immersive, I would love to help because I love Battlefield 1 and I know my history.

Tacticalsquid overall a great thing you did yet I have to point out a few thing that bug me. now these are very minor and they do not hinder it at all but I'd like to point them out, no disrespect at all. 1. one of the main things that bugged me was the medics voice he's clearly from India seeing that he has a darker skin tone and wears a turben and sounds like a British man again no disrespect to the person doing the voice. 2. Another is the guns they hold. Like the medic, he is clearly holding a selblator 1908 (I think that's the one) when its a German gun and never passed the prototype stage and only a few were made and I saw hellriegals which were only made in Hungary and so little is known about it some people question if it existed or the British using Mp 18 and th... you know what I'm just going to saw that a lot the guns used in this were German made, produced and pattented so I'm not going to name them all. 3. Last but not least bombers. Know at first I thought although their are songs and semi auto rifles I think this is in early war time but the bombers then erased that theory because most fighters and bombers were not deployed until 1917 and why would the Germans send bombers if they hundreds of artillery battery and almost no bomber raids did or ever happen on the trenches and why would the British deploy flak guns if bombers were not going to attack them. Again absolutely no disrespect this is a wonderful piece of work and I am looking forward to the next one. P.S. I'm surprised if you read this far

Wow..... lol. You really paid attention to this film. xD So first of all about the medics voice actor, this isn't like a hollywood movie, it was done with me and my 2 friends and I don't have any friends from india so we did what we could. The guns they held were definitely wrong and in the 2nd part that will be fixed. Then the bomber planes part of it I don't really understand what you mean because I never said what year this battle took place in the video so it could of very well been 1917, and actually I believe bomber planes actually were used to take men out in the trenches but not exactly sure. Anyway I mean its a battlefield film, I do try making it as historically accurate as I can but in the end its just a bf1 film. lol. But I defintely will listen to everything you said and will try to make the 2nd one more real! I'm not exactly a WW1 expert so I will probably make more mistakes. Anyway thanks for your input dude means a lot. ( P.S: You better have read this far since I read to the end of yours. xD )

The British have American weapons because they use allied weapons

Alright guys, so I just uploaded this and I can already predict most of the comments will be about how "cringy" it was to have real life voices over the film. Believe me, I understand where yall are coming from cause I feel that way about other peoples films when they do it too. I just don't know how to make the voice acting not cringy.. lol. I don't have the best audio equipment, so maybe thats why, or maybe its because the acting isnt exactly the best in the world. Either way, I just hope if this video is criticized, it will be for reasons other than the voice acting. I'm totally fine with criticism as it helps me improve, I just don't wanna see the comments filled with how cringy and awful the voice acting was.... lol.... Anyway with that said, hope you guys enjoy, cause this took over a month and a half to film. :D

I don't think it's the acting. I think it's the way of recording dialog, or post processing. The voice feels weird because it sounds like a narrator instead of people in the scene talking. I know nothing about the subject but I think this is why sound designer and sound engineer have jobs.

Tacticalsquid hey dude I didn't mean to say it in that rude way. Basically I didn't like it but I saw enough effort so I wouldn't hit the dislike button but still dislike it. Sorry. Also I'm mad of how many WW1 BF1 Films I see a German with an automatico and a Brit with a hellriegel or mp18 like you're movie. Please next time do it like this: Each side uses the infantry variant of their countries rife, 1 in 5 is a machine gunner. 1 in 7 is a semi atomic rifle man. The charging side is all lined up in an orderly fashion bayonet charging. That way when they reach the enemy trench, a lot of the defenders will get bayoneted. Also if they make it in the trenches, uses only melee weapons, very little of their gun. That was WW1.
can you rent servers on Back to basic? If so, it would be really good, because then you could get rid off the black scout, and everyone could be an assault, medic, or support with a standard issue rifle
