Well she is trying to teach zuri the ranks and who eats first, Amanda was raised by Ashley, Amanda knows how to survive in the wild and knows when it's time to eat and who eats first, zuri is a pet that refuses to walk and forage, trying to breast feed the other mothers, even rainbow knew she had to wait when Amanda came.

Good job Amanda, it's about time. Zuri can't have it both ways. She either going to be independent, stop pretending she so scared and detach herself from Amanda or continue to act like a spoiled brat wanting to be carried around, suffer the consequences. When she gets food and Amanda doesn't get any and feels disrespected, then she beat Zuri tail for eating out of order.
