My first books were "Dick & Jane" at same time the entire 1968 Encyclopedia Britannica and compendium of Classic. Then Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew mysteries. Along with Asimov and Heinlein. Basically unsafe to leave me in a study after age 6 as I'd read everything. By 9 I'd read almost 5k books. Also read a lot of romance novels too, so had a "good" foundation of what sex was. Could read german, dutch, italian too by 12. Spanish and Portuguese from school and friends.
I like aftermath servers but having no sleeping bags really pissed me off, but saying that if those guys had sleeping bags you wouldn't have gotten the heli so easily so suppose it has its perks 😂
