I'm so impressed with how easily you dealt with Mechlenia. You've become so strong since the first Balteus fight all the way to this point in the game. Your double melee style is so fun to watch, you control it very well, all fights are super beatable when you do it. Can't wait for the end of chapter 5 and first ending.

Youre doing Gods work
Paeter was crying over his father figure dying and sort of deliriously appeals to his opportunistic side to try to cope with it. He is an opportunistic man and known for being cold and getting things done but the truth is he is good at figuring out how to bury his emotions, his opportunistic side seemingly being a heavy lifter in that department, I'd imagine there are definitely nights where he has a lot of trouble sleeping when his mind isn't trying to distract by bringing up how far he's gotten as a result. At least that's what I think from what I've seen.

A lot of vtubers side with Carla and Walter and I've seen this be a choice that seems to bring out the genocide apologists in a lot of people.
The cold hard reality of it is that you didn't mean anything to Walter until long after you started getting results. Carla repeatedly tried to kill you, or at least show disregard for your wellbeing with the catapult after the Sea Spider, early on even after knowing full well you were Walter's mercenary. Yes she saved you from Arquebus, but that was also because she needed as much muscle as she could, and the hopes that you would carry out Walter's intentions. A lot of people indebted to them, but Ayre is *right there*. Her people are *right there*.
Her "people" are magic space gasoline. She is literally a parasite, concerned only with propagating her species- at the expense of ours if possible, in Alea Iacta Est.
