- In this tutorial, I'll walk you through the process of adding a GPT-4 powered chatbot to your website without needing technical expertise.
I'll use a platform called Chatbase, which offers custom GPTs for customer support, lead generation, and user engagement.
Steps:
Create a Chatbot on Chatbase: www.chatbase.co/?via=skill-leap
Start a new account and press "New Chatbot".
Upload data sources like PDFs, text files, or website content.
Train the chatbot with your documents.
Configure the Chatbot:
Set the model to GPT-4.
Customize settings, including visibility, instructions, and temperature (which controls response consistency).
Adjust chat interface elements like the initial message and suggested responses.
Embed the Chatbot on Your Website:
Use the provided script or iframe code.
For platforms like Wix, use the "Embed HTML" option to integrate the code.
Customization:
Modify the chatbot's appearance and functionality.
Set rate limits to prevent abuse.
Make the chatbot public for website integration.

Loving your videos, thank you for sharing so much amazing knowledge!
Thank you once again! This very helpful.
Do you have a link where we can sign up for the Pro version at a special rate?
Apart from the interface most of this isn't needed anymore with the Open AI Assistant API. It includes: function calling and RAG.
I think deploying those with a clean UI to a website is too technical for most people that just want a gpt powered customer service bot on their website
Hi sir, thank you so much for this video. I have learned a lot from you. I have a question: I have built a chatbot with a GPT-4 powered assistant, and I used 4 PDFs of my courses as the knowledge base. However, I have hundreds of such PDFs, totaling more than 1 gigabyte. I want to include all of them in the knowledge base, but OpenAI only allows 20 files or 512MB, and the API call cost is a bit high. Is there a better and cheaper option to build a chatbot with my own knowledge files and add them to my chatbot?
Super!
I have made a custom GPT called Smart Vision image/text analysis
it is 5x + smarter than base-model, it understands the complex
Its unlike anything before and is ready completely for new vision features for 4o specifically, it will drastically improve how accurate the details seen can be conversed,
and also an example i’ve been \using is upload an image of a cloud that looks like multiple things but it can be interpreted, the one i have made recognised it was a rabbit but not even a random human guessed it every time now on 1st shot so it knows when something is unusual about an image even if you dont say anything is, it can also do iq test image reasoning pattern questions relatively well
It kind of even understands real logic games when giving good instruction but is limited there by the model not the instruction
*IMPORTANT* just gotta follow the instructions given to get the right seed its 1 in 2 chance or so i have absolutely no idea why it needs that. Just paste the conversation starter and you’ll understand what to do.
It looks nice - very easy to use - I wonder how accurate the chatbot is - what is the level of hallucination:)
Hallucination is imagination hope this helps! :)😁
Same as ChatGPT 4o
I’ve been having a lot of problems with 4o crashing during hours long sessions. Anybody else?
Can you remove the chatbase branding at the bottom of the chat window?
Yea with an extra fee
The pricing is crazy.
Why cant we use assistant api instead?
Too technical to add to a website for most people
