I always wondered what the reason was behind that.
Gdolphn deserved to be called out right there. I'm super glad he called him out like that. Gdolphn had no reason to say something so stupid and detrimental to the whole of the group when you're supposed to be hyping up the group and help develop chemistry.
Gdolphn was WEIRD and CRINGY as fuck in saying that and even I felt awkward when i watched the video of Mercs calling him out. Don't get me wrong though, Nick Mercs just wasn't good enough to survive in Apex.

But he put in a lot of time and work, and became a fairly good player by the end of it all. And my point still Stands that he accomplished more than the nobody that tried disrespecting him

Not hating on Nick, love his content and his persona but when it comes to Pred....tbf, he stayed in Pred and made Top 100 because he could play with pro players all day. You could take every decent Master player and Q them up with 2 pro´s or experienced Preds and they would stay in Pred as well. That being said, if Nick never had the chance to use his cloud and fame to contact such players, he would have stayed in Masters.

Nick was carried to pred. He proved to everyone that he didn’t belong in pred when he couldn’t even get out of plat when he was solo queuing. Nicks comp time in apex was so minimal and insignificant.
