This will forever be my favorite game of all time. Grabbed it blind in a store probably 15 years ago for a few bucks and man playing oblivion for the first time changed my life forever.
For me this was the game where things started going downhill, the levels of hand holding insulted the players intelligence, the overzealous level scaling made progression pointless and the combat switched from character skill to player skill, it's the game where they dumbed things down to appeal to a wider audience and they've done that with every game since leading to the soulless and vacuous Starfield. Shortly after release I was suspended from Bethesda's forum for calling it Morrowind for children, and I was far from being the only Morrowind player not impressed with this.
Need to go back and play it . Haven’t played it since I had it on 360
You can yield with Block + Interact if you accidentally agro an NPC that youre friendly with. It will open dialogue as if the fight never happened.
