I am concerned about people copy/pasting my sig and forging documents. I wonder if there is a way to lock down the image

I don't know about 2007, but in the new version of Excel you can:
      1. Choose the INSERT tab.
      2. Choose Pictures.
      3. Browse out to where you have the picture saved.
      4. Double-click it.
That pops it into excel. Then you can drag it around and make it bigger or smaller.
I assume 2007 does this too.
I don't see any way to do the Quick Part thing in Excel. I think you have to insert it manually.
ALSO, if you have a screen capture you just took, you can click in a blank Excel cell and just "paste" and it will go in there.

when you typed your name as a tool tip, you did NOT cap the L in laura, but you saved it in your tool tip as Laura. maybe that's why it didn't pop in?
