Essentially i'm wondering, is it better to make our DCAs something that we have intrinsic control over (i.e. having a certain number of youtube videos uploaded) or something that we *don't* have control over (i.e. having a certain number of youtube subscribers)?
Also, what if we have big ideas for our DCAs (because our dream itself is so big). For instance, I would like one of my DCAs to be "Learn how to play piano at an intermediate level", but obviously that is a hefty goal and will take more than 6-12 months (probably will take 24-36 months). So how do I break down a goal that is too big to be a DCA but doesn't have a clear ending point, and is too small to be its own dream?
