Yaqub(AS) other name is "Isreal" so when the Quarn says" beni Isreal" it is the Children of Yaqub(AS). Its NOT a place. The Quran also mentions that when Yosuf was in Egypt there were kings and the bible mentions Pharaoh. We now know the Pharaoh's came later on and Historically the Quran is accurate.
