+Miguel Angel Alvirde true. The truth is that they are both halves of the unofficial ancient University of England and are among the tiny number of non US unis to merit unquestioned inclusion in the global top 10.
+WarthDader74 , University is only unnecessary if you take an unnecessary course, how can you become a doctor without going to uni ? Exactly so your statement is false lol
Rmiah13 I think the whole system is all wrong. If someone wants to be a doctor, they should start working in a hospital immidiately, and be educated there at the same time as they earn money. That would be much better than wasting a lot of time and money on a university, where you have to learn a lot of stuff which isn't relevant to the actual job you are heading for.
When younger people ask me what the differences are between the two places, I often struggle to suggest anything significant in terms of current academic output. But, in terms of ideology or temperament, I offer this analogy: Oxbridge is like Hogwarts split in the middle: Oxford is like Gryffindor and Hufflepuff, with everything good and bad that entails, while Cambridge is like Ravenclaw and Slytherin, with everything good and bad that entails.
Prestige is like a currency: its value changes when you move to a different region. The other day I was talking about MIT with an Indian engineer. It's funny how many people base their self-esteem on cachet only to have it vanish when they move outside of their own bubbles.

What about spirit, meditation, auras, chakras and other real knowledge, that is being kept away from us?
We all know that sugar is bad for us, but we give it to the ones we love the most (our children). Imagine what we would achieve if we would free up all the labour force that is doing useless jobs like layers, economists, advertisers if we would not create stuff that we do not need and not try to sell that not needed stuff to people. We have to rid ourselves from any money system and start living our true lives.
Jesus christ these are the most elite students in the world. They become researches, engineers, neuroscientists, surgeons, businesses, creators and leaders of the modern world. That's more important than learning and of the useless crap you just said, why would that be tough in an elite universoty meant for future world leaders? Stop being such a hipster and accept the facts.
Somehow political affairs seem to be worse and worse. Last time I checked we are still using 1880's technology to move us around (cars and buses). All the scientists, surgeons have not really achieved anything of importance. If you loose and arm best you can get is a plastic replacement. I do not even want to start about businessman who's aim is to create useless stuff and then sell this useless stuff to sheep's like me and you. Invest some time researching cabal schools, fairly secret schools where elite children go. We have to work more and more. If you fail to see that............good for you my friend!!!
I have one question I submitted my application when I log in it says application in progress what does it mean by that ? do I wait for USF to ask for the transcripts and letter of recommendation or do I send them ?
One of the most powerful and wealthy men in the history of planet Earth was a British imperialist named Cecil Rhodes. Rhodes was appointed as Ambassador to South Africa, partly as a matter of convenience because so much of it belonged to him. He was by far the biggest landolder under the British flag o the African Continent. Rhodesia was named after him because he owned most of it. He owned most of the gold that was mined in South Africa. He also owned most ot the diamonds, silver, paltium, timber, cattle, slaves, lead, gemstones, and everything else. One of Rhodes endowments was a program called " the Rhodes Scholarship." The purpose of the Scholarship is to select politically viable young men of impressionable age and give them training in England that will assist in reuniting the former British Empire. There are more Rhodes Scholars among Bill Clintions appointees than in any Scholarship program himself, has the surrendering of America's National Sovereignty back to England as one of his higher priorities.

You honestly think jobs such as lawyers and economists are useless?
But Hawking when to University College Oxford, so would he have counted as a Oxford alumni or a Cambridge professor?
Which is better for Engineering?
Cambridge I think
I have one question I submitted my application when I log in it says application in progress what does it mean by that ? do I wait for USF to ask for the transcripts and letter of recommendation or do I send them ?
University of North Texas greatest university ever simply because you can do so much with their initials.
College at the University of North Texas, I love it.
I personally like Cambridge more.
Why did they leave out that Oxford helped discover the effects of penicillin?
It is not relevant which university is the best. Man must learn to walk his own path.
I don't need to... Your response says it all
whats better for religious studies & theology?
One of the most powerful and wealthy men in the history of planet Earth
was a British imperialist named Cecil Rhodes. Rhodes was appointed as
Ambassador to South Africa, partly as a matter of convenience because so
much of it belonged to him. He was by far the biggest landolder under
the British flag o the African Continent. Rhodesia was named after him
because he owned most of it. He owned most of the gold that was mined in
South Africa. He also owned most ot the diamonds, silver, paltium, timber,
cattle, slaves, lead, gemstones, and everything else. One of Rhodes endowments
was a program called " the Rhodes Scholarship." The purpose of the Scholarship
is to select politically viable young men of impressionable age and give them
training in England that will assist in reuniting the former British Empire.
There are more Rhodes Scholars among Bill Clintions appointees than in
any Scholarship program himself, has the surrendering of America's National
Sovereignty back to England as one of his higher priorities.
nice comparison both worth to see....
