One more comment. The fact they add the "hood" ornament bulldog shows the amazing amount of detail Greenlight is willing to do to make their cars one of a kind. I have gotten a few Tomica Limited Vintage back before I became ill. Those bkew my mind with the level of detail. These trucks with the bulldog are crazy good. I have to say Greenlight has stepped up their game 300% and the quality is awesome. Fans of quality die cast should be dancing because this is truly a time to be a collector of realistic cars and trucks. Thank you again, your "haul" videos always show me what is either out there, was recently released, or what I missed sadly 😢. Take care.
I would gladly add the 2019 Mack Highway Long Haul, the Ford Lariat and the "Bishop" Gulf Skyline to my Greenlight collection. The others look good too. i usually like these carded, but having seen these loose now, they look even better. The smaller parts wouldn't last 5 minutes in the hands of a small kid though. These are adult collectibles really. Thanks for the presentation!
I hope Greenlight makes some accessories or accessory packs for the Mack truck line. A dumpster for the refuse truck would be awesome as you mentioned. Also some workers as well. Maybe some road closure signs. Again workers with flags, detours, etc. Add those to the gas stations and garages and you could make a cool little city street. Also as you said the scale on these cars, trucks, semi, and worker trucks is incredibly realistic. With the right accessories you could really make a unbelievably real diorama set. I really hope they can do some packs like that.
Hola amigo un saludo muy buen vídeo magnificas piezas de greenlight aquí en México no hay mucha variedad y apenas estoy comprando la marca te dejo un saludo desde México tu amigo Procoro Jiménez
I have the same cement truck model and it’s gotten to two wrecks each one ending with a broken part 1 I was messing around with it in the hood ornament fell off 2 I bumped a green light series 3 dump truck into the mirror and it went flying
These are amazing cars and trucks. I know that Hot Wheels are made for racing but I really love the realism of these cars. I have done rubber tire races and some work much better than others. M2's are not the best for that and I've busted some side mirrors and bumpers like a goof. But I still would love to know if these could function on a 6 lane race. Again not against a Hot Wheels mainline, but other higher end cars. Or am I a goof for even wanting to consider this? Also other factors, no store here carries these. I know you have issues with this in your area too. Case buying is too much for me at present. Health is not in the best shape at present. So spending $$$$ on cases of cars is not in my budget. In the US it costs a ton of $$ when your ill. If you get a slow acting terminal diagnosis, and you want to stick around, it's beyond expensive, it can and has bankrupted many families. Sorry, that was too dark. I'm in the northern central part of the US. Wisconsin/Minnesota area. We have lost so many retail stores here. Shopko, Toys R Us, a awesome hobby shop that had some really awesome Greenlight Indy cars. Over the years I've collected many items. Star Wars figures tops the list with Hot Wheels/die cast now becoming my love. I have some very unique and exclusive items from Star Wars. All my childhood figures were giceb away sadly, but I do have some sets that are pretty pricey. I actually do have a point and question for you. One of my single figures gets $200+ on eBay. Since my diagnosis of emphysema and now Afib heart disease, I have slowed everything. I have been thinking of selling a few of my Star Wars gems. I ask you because your love for your collection is genuine. Your videos are also very genuine and I respect you and your love for your hobby. You are a dedicated collector. Something I had really hoped to become but life doesn't always workout as you want. I haven't been able to find any new Hot Wheels given my limited ability to go hunting. Would you, if you were in a similar situation, sell off some gems from one collection, so you could get a case or two of another or different hobby. Also I ask because I've heard some horror stories of people ripping other people off on eBay saying they never received an item. I'm not savvy in the selling arena. I've never considered this before. I've never bought an item with any intent on selling it for a profit, or scalping. I've always collected for one reason, the love of a hobby or a franchise. Again I apologize for putting this in your comment section. But in this area collecting "toy" cars or figures is not a big plus on your resume as a person. Sad but true. So advice here would be...... GROW UP YOU MORON AND SELL YOUR TOYS. HOW OLD ARE YOU? So I was just interested in your opinion. If you have the time that is. Thank you and take care.
Thank you for your comments and words of encouragement. I am sorry to hear of your health issues, and I hope you get better soon. One thing I must say... you are not a goof or a moron... these are not toys, this is a collection and a record of the era. Tell anyone who thinks otherwise to climb a tree, and don't worry what others may try to tell you. They are just jealous or not understanding of the joy a true hobby can bring to a person. All the best, O-Dawg
All the plastic! Just never have been a fan of anything Greenlight. How long do those pickup truck receiver hitch balls last? Your collection is easily a retirement income nest egg.
Yep it's awesome
