We found a service dog the other day 😂 it wasn't an emergency, we were in TJ Maxx and the older woman had lost a grip on the leash and the dog was small 😂
I didn't know what the bystander effect was and had to look it up, but I actually did already know about that tip. Learned it from an Asian drama where one of the reasons the girl failed to become cpr certified was from telling a whole crowd to call 911 instead of speaking directly to one person
