You make a lot of very good valid points @Stewgaming. Very good explanation for (IMO Advanced guide) to doing more CB damage. I have a lot of appreciation for the unkillable/block damage exploit being fixed and I have a GRIP of damage for the jumping clan to get more loot. I remember my old clan would require every bigger hitter to hop a minimum of 2 different clans and Key up 2x for each of the hops. Good stuff Stew!

That's a terrific vid to breakdown the counterattack set-up. However, the gear dropped from the Transcendent chest is the best stuff in the game, new content like this needs to be incredibly hard to get. It's not a reasonable expectation to be able to 3 key brand new expert content right out the gate. I think it's a little silly to expect to be able to instantly push through brand new cutting edge content.

How do you know that an immortal team is unintended? They Palarium designed those champions to have those mechanics. Players using them took the time and resources to invest in a team that synergies with those mechanics. I mean the same could be said of poison or counterattack teams. Personally, I don't have an immortal team (yet) but I'm building one on the back burner. What's stopping you from doing the same? It's reasonable to argue about pay-walls. It isn't reasonable to argue about differing play styles based upon intended game design and mechanics.
Very helpful video, just wish I was more advanced in the game I have only been playing about 3 months and still don’t have a 6 star champion trying to get there though. Great job on the video

Hey mate, i have a question, i have gotten Altan and Tayrel at the same time.. who should be in my CB team.. or should i use both? I am currently using both plus high katun, rhazin and Juliana. Hitting 4.5m per key on Normal

Stew can you explain the turn order for champs who have same speed? I havent found a way to arrange my champs so that Martyr will go last, when she and two others are the same speed.

Stew, How is this effected by having any masteries that can boost turn meter of allies? Will that not throw it all out of sync?
Yes, those masteries throw things out of sync eventually, as you can see from watching this battle. The solution is either not to take TM-boosting masteries for Martyr, or just yolo and use Apothecary or a similar champ and not worry about all that stuff.

Is there a place that shows the clan boss stats for each difficulty. Like i think you said the ultra clan boss has 191 spd or something like.
Ok ultra have 190 speed but what is speed of rest Clan Boss lvls ?

Nightmare: 170

I'm with you on most everything you said except for unkillable and block damage. That's one of the only advantages that us average non mega whales can can actually reasonably obtain. I'm sorry but the game isn't all about problems in whale world. Taking away unkillable and block damage would make CB too hard for the average player. Why not just take away atk down or def up while we're at it?

I thought I recall Plarium saying that we would be able to forged special gear? Maybe that will help with Ultra and allow us to 3 key UNM boss. Also Ocult Brawler is a beast! I'm getting between 7-10 mil with him alone on my Ultra runs.
But, thank you for the info... gave me a lot to think about, and I'm going to have to swap some gear around on my team and tweak speeds...
2 things: 1)This was extremely informative and i didn't know about the ordering (and i currently use skullcrusher) so this will help a lot. Thank you
2) I know this will be a big task, but is there any way that you could create a guide on clanboss that revolves around different team comps out there, different charecters that fill those roles, what buffs/debuffs are "mandatory", and sort of rank the champs for the specific roles.
I ask the second one because I've been lucky to pull a number of solid guys that I don't know who to focus on. I had an insane day this morning and pulled lightsworn, coldheart, and roshcard in just a couple shards that I saved. I was under the impression that my cb team was set (apothecary, juliana, razin, skullcrusher, and tayrel) and I was working on my arena team. But now with lightworn and coldheart, I dont know if they deserve a spot on my team or if I should be focusing on my team for dragons 20 and which of my champs should be on that team. I'm just having trouble level-setting and I'm hoping this gives you an idea for a video which might help me and other people in my situation out.
Some context: my clan unlocked brutal recently because of polarium's "we're sorry" 4key giveaway and I am doing 15m avg auto on brutal per key as of now. I'm on dragons 15 and haven't tried to progress further because my time is 3minutes. I am also auto'ing mino 15 etc so I am sort of playing around with the idea of end-game at the moment.

Let’s say-- you put your champions in the order of the diagram. Attack Down, Def Down, etc... But the Champion’s you put in the diagram have higher speeds... would that make a difference.
Quick question, does the 15% damage increase from bad-el-kazar count for every ally or only bad-el?

A year in, I'm hitting with a team that damage can be 15 mil or 25 mil, it's just so frustrating, I run a CA team which is speed tuned.
Been trying out Jareg instead of tayrel not sure if he’s better tho...maybe on manual on auto seems the same
How does the Unkillable strategy work?
just try with nightmare, with my 171.28 speed (with aura) lightsworn, for my defend up, but he still getting faster and faster; after 10 turn he at mid of turn-meter. NM boss at 170 speed???
Brilliant vid again Stew - Quick question: Do you know is the Nightmare CB also 190 speed? ...I'm not taking on ultra yet.
My Tayrel goes before Nightmare CB and hes at 175 I think? Maybe 172. So I'd say probably 170.

I just got up to Nightmare last night. My Skullcrusher is at 171 speed and goes first everytime.
I would like to see high level Clan Boss runs with no team counter. I have been struggling a little I do decent damage but I want to do more. Thank you.
Because Plarium doesn't balance their game well. See 90% useless champs.
Maybe one day they'll sell Martyr on the store.
IF they ever actually test anything, it's with all best possible characters with maxed out stats and gears, maybe even glyphs, kind of a normal player can't create and they try it once and if they beat it they say ok, it's doable. That's how it usually goes, unfortunately.

ive been trying to figure out who cb targets on his stun. anyone have any solid leads on it?
From what ive noticed is it will usually attack the one with the lowest HP, not 100% confirmed though but it seems to be pretty close. My skullcrusher is usually always at half HP and he gets hit constantly by the stun. I hightly doubt what I'm saying is true but after watching numerous CB fights ive heard other high streaming players say the same.
Aren't they going to get out of order and it'll be a random convoluted mess of debuffs within a minute into the battle? Edit: 54 seconds in the order become 4 2 1 5 3
If you make clan boss go through block damage, make him go through shield as well

i disagree with you on the difficulty on the new clan boss for sure. when new dungeons open up rpgs guilds always have to learn how to clear it and it normally takes a while (talking about the best guilds on the server). it shouldnt be able to be cleared right when it comes out. theres no point to it otherwise. i will also take a wild guess and say that your whole team isnt 6 star geared yet too. the new clan boss is something to work towards, not be cleared right away.

99% of the endgame clan boss teams I see martyr/skullcrusher, steelskull and tayrel. Three(four) specific champions out of 169 random multi obtainable champions, which is not fun. I have only 1(steelskull).

You seem to be one of us older players that have seen the change from when gameing was gameing to games gone to income for the company.
Plarium dosnt care about the game at all, they hooked as many ppl as they could then turned p2w. :(
I miss the old datys when games where done good to get ppl to buy them, Morrowind and Fable are two that has stood out after the cash grabbing started, Torchlight och vanilla WoW, wc3 RoC and Tft. Blizzard has actualy kept SC in this way, sure you need to pay for new/extra content but to play the game you dont need evbery skin ..
They made ultra for whales and the tippy top clans, which you’re both and which you begged for because you were running out of room for all to get biggest chest. Again, all these other guys can keep hitting nm boss. There is absolutely no reason “avg” players, which I am, should be 3 keying transcendent chests. It’s something you build for. It makes for game longevity.
I do agree with a lot of the other points you made. Fix the unkillable shenanigans. Fix the clan hopping shenanigans. It shouldn’t be that hard.
Why take away the block damage/Unkillable strat? It just offers more ways to handle the clan boss. Instead of getting 1 of two legendaries instead you can at least have 4 legendaries and 1 epic that can at least help you on your goal of doing UNM. Also that just pigeon holes those legendaries which I don't ever feel is the way to go. Its pve also so not like that strat hurts you in any way, not sure why you would argue for its removal. EDIT: Also lol look at your whole clan, they all have martyr. I think you are only arguing against it because you don't have it. Its like people who don't have martyr or valk arguing counter shouldn't work on the clan boss.
skullcrusher falls off hard on UNM, everyone takes so much more dam and so 50% of it gets filtered over to skullcrusher so the second AOE wrecks him. Plus he doesn't counter himself so you are super reliant on the wm proc for the LS heal. IMO there are really only 2 viable counter champs on UNM which is valk and martyr.
Not really, on a double counter team valk then skullcrusher is superior, martyr falls off.
On a single counter team your point is valid.
Well... if they don't already, they should be paying you for giving them all that feedback, instead of this, they just ignore you?
And I agree with you, maybe some people get mad and hate on you, for saying that stuff, the exploits, like someone with 3 to 5 Unkillable/Damage Block buffs exploiting the Clan Boss mechanics, but like you said that is not right, exploits like that are being considered in other games and addresses asap.
What you said about the Clans, very true... why doesn't have a time out? The Pilarium Team never checked what other games have? They really don't know that? I think they are just ignorant about many things.
How is having 2 or 3 epic and legendaries an exploit. Its mainly the only thing in all those hero's kits beside sir nic. Right now the only other real viable way is having a martyr or valk. I just don't see the difference.
@@m1k3mu3ll3r Yeah, it is lame that you MUST have an all counter attack Hero for CB, and there is only 3 of them, 2 being Legendaries. That should not be required.
Also having 2 or 3 Unkillable/Block Damage buffers, being immune for the entire run and deal max DMG in one key... he could have a skill from those 3 that can bypass that kind of buff.
It's a lot to write, how should mechanics have to be to considered normal...
@@Geobli is there a difference between a counter build and a blockdamage/unkillable build? there are pros and cons to each, like the blockdamage/unkillable can't be auto'd and takes longer. to 1 key like they are talking about takes over an hour of manual and at that point the game starts lagging.
@@m1k3mu3ll3r Difference is just that the one will die eventually and doesn't matter if you have 5 or 1 all counter attack hero, while the other combination (not with just 1 Block Damage/Unkillable buffer Hero, I'm talking about that skill being up during the entire run, having many of them) it is broken, something being broken in a game, and exploitable, should be addressed right? Even if 1% manages to get that lucky and pull all the required Heroes for that combo, doesn't matter, exploits aren't only the ones that can be achieved easily. Like people refreshing the market to get Ancient Shards was a thing, and they nerfed the drop rate... Not that I like that, but was an exploit of the "system". The so called "whales" benefiting from this, only, anyway...
@@Geobli Technically the unkillable/blockdamage combo ends eventually too(game lags and crashes). Though your patience will probably end first. Though I think CB negating this mechanic will just make even more legendaries/epics bad in CB just like blockcooldowns/slow/turn meter reduction. it just takes away more of the builds you can do. There is no leaderboard for this. At most there is something in the clan and right now that is still f'd because even if you can all last chest it, you can't because there isn't even enough damage.
Please do this with common or epics.

They will give up on the game sooner or later
Right after the loot box law get implemented to the game they will be forced to change it and most likely they will abandon it by the end of 2020

Your increase turn meter masteries makes your team not perform well, i have a worst team as f2p, and can do more damage with counter
Why are you calling for removing unblockable/killable comps?!... just as you pulled a martyr and can abuse counterattacks, other pulled roshcard/nicholas and should also be able to do same.
Otherwise this game is just martyr/valkyrie/skullcrusher or bust.
THIS GAME ALREADY IS martyr/valkyrie/skullcrusher it's so dumb how they base their content round this stuff. Remove AOE counter attack and balance the game. I'm all for that.
