Hardcore is a very broad and adaptable genre; although speedcore has more to it than just the bpm, just because it doesn't sound mainstream doesn't make it any less speedcore. Sure, it's got some orchestral elements to it, but that doesn't detract from the idea of the song being speedcore. Hell, even the artist defines this song as speedcore.
