VUELING l Menorca-Barcelona l A320 l First time flying Vueling :)

Im Mai 2021 standen erstmals Flüge mit der spanischen Billigfluggesellschaft Vueling an. In diesem Video geht es von der wunderschönen Insel Menorca nach Barcelona. Im Vorfeld hat Vueling kurzfristig Flüge storniert. Dies ist ärgerlich, aber kann passieren. Die Vueling App bietet Umbuchungsmöglichkeiten an und ist wirklich sehr gut durchdacht. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice in Bezug ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Erstattungen waren exakt 7 Tage nach der Annullierung auf dem Konto. So geht Kundenservice!
In May 2021, I flew with the Spanish low-cost airline Vueling for the first time. In this video, I fly from the beautiful island of Menorca to Barcelona. In the run-up, Vueling cancelled flights at short notice. This is annoying, but it can happen. The Vueling app offers rebooking options and is really well thought out. The communication with the customer service was also very fast and uncomplicated. Refunds were in the account exactly 7 days after the cancellation. That's customer service!
