My first set of figures based on the late 80s/early 90s cartoon by NECA. They've been doing this a while so I'm happy to finally be getting in on this!
Never thought there would be toys based on a one episode disguise. But hey, they used to have Ralph in a spacesuit, and Mikey dressed up as a Mexican gunslinger, so I accept anything from the Turtles.

Neca is really good at singling out the more obscure characters and references. But, can't argue when they make them look so good!
