No, there will never be another Steve Perry. But this guy has a phenomenal voice, no doubt about it. He has tons of talent and does a fine job fronting Journey.

He doesn't need to become Steve Perry. He is awesome as is and a terrific human being too. The most humble man I know in entertainment industry filled with spotlight and fame. Arnel is more than just a voice, he is an inspiration to many.
I stumbled upon one of the journey's tours and now can't stop watching Arnel Pineda's performance. damn, I became a fan in an instant. been binged watching him for 3 days straight.

This man is so gifted, and I cannot believe that I live in an era when I can actually see and hear one so talented as Arnel Pineda. There is no comparison to his talent. His former trials and tribulations are evidenced so strongly in the greatness of his voice. I've seen him twice in person, and I feel so blessed to have watched his performances through yt and then to have witnessed his physical presence delivering the talent his mother passed on to him. For example: Leonard Cohen did an amazing job performing his own song Hallelujah. Rufus wainwright did it better - and did the song even more justice.

I've never seen a singer change his voice like arnel does for each song and almost pitch perfect for each singer and style. I'd say there are only a handful of singers in the world that can do what he does. Thank God they found him and brought him out of obscurity

This song is harder to sing than most Journey songs. He is singing it with ease after over 2 hours singing. Amamzing!!!
Not just 2 hours. Most live bands shows in the Ph bars usually start at 8/9PM - 2/3AM. Usually 3 sets per night. 6 songs minimum per set on their list for the earlier part of the show, on second and third sets they play mostly by audience request and that could go till 2/3AM and could stretch to 20-30 songs. Most requests come on the last stretch of the show which usually takes the longest hours for the band to play. They try to play every requests especially if there are tips with it.
