The V3 'joined' is also used as past participle(adjective).
Here it means in 2nd sentence - ये जुड़े हुए हैं।
The verb joined shows the quality of the subject these, not used for action.

Here , why were and was is used with told and convinced? We study that all sentences follow Tenses but here in the above sentences the rules do not follow, how can we know about the tense in such sentences. It is confusing please explain.
The police takes a plural verb bcoz it always used to show the whole police community.
With neither and nor the verb should always be used according to the nearest/second subject. Here was is used according to the nearest subject daughter.

I have eaten sahi sentence hai jiska meaning hai maine kha liya hai.
Aur I am eaten sentence wrong hai kyuk eaten verb jab adjective ki tarah use hogi to wo kisi aisi thing ke liye use hogi jo khai ja sakti hai.
For example - The bread is eaten. Jiska meaning hai bread kha li gai hai.
I am eaten ka meaning hai main kha liya gaya jo ki galat meaning de raha hai.

eg arrived =parcel has arrived kehte hai
Parcel is arrived nhi

Iske liye tense chapter aur uske rules yaad rakhne honge with meaning.

It's passive bcoz the verb disconnect is used here as a verb not as an adjective , it's not showing a state or quality but an action that happened itself.

1st sentence is correct bcoz come is used as verb.
& the meaning shows- मेरी मेडिकल रिपोर्ट अभी तक नही आई है
2nd sentence is not giving the correct meaning and also it has wrong structure..bcoz come is a verb which is not used as an adjective.
So the meaning shows- - मेरी मेडिकल रिपोर्ट अभी तक नहीं आती है।

Sir one more confusion has arised --As the meaning shows from 2nd sentence as you said मेडिकल रिपोर्ट अभी तक नही आती है then this sentence also give same meaning --My medical report doesn't come yet....
[Sir like incorrect sentence]==Receiver is not live at the given address.
Correct sentence---receiver doesn't live at the given address.
Conclusion-- doesn't v/s is not+v1
Or
My report come(present indefinite) v/s My report is come. (Both sentence give same meaning and I saw sometimes this sentence is use sometimes 2nd one.
