I ordered the 100 MHz version it was out of stock so I had to wait a few weeks for it to be made. I got it today and when I hooked it up and turned it on it was DOA does not turn on at all.
@@TimsElectronicsLab Yes sir I did it all right. I plugged in the ac cable and turned on the switch above it. Nothing happened. I even plugged in the ac cable to my Oscope to make sure there was no problem there and it lit up just fine. So what ever the problem is it is inside the FY6900. There is no fuse you can get to on the unit without opening it up. This is not good on a unit built in the last 30 days and fresh out of the box. When I received it the package was in good undamaged condition. I don't want to open it up at this point because that could void the warranty. I have contacted Bang-good about it and I will have to wait and see what they have to say. I have also contacted Pay-Pal. I had to wait nearly two months on this and when it gets here it's DOA.
@David Oaks Sr You cant order 100 MHz version because that did not exist. Only what you can have on any FY6900 are frequency measurements till 100 MHz.
@@FileFixer007 I repaired the FY6900H-100M & it is working fine all the way to 100mhz. It did & does exist. You might want to update yourself on what exist before you tell me that something I have owned sense last summer did not exist.
Very nice video! really usefull if you have this device. I don´t understand the dislikes when everybody should say thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Did you turn on the power switch at the back? There might be a fuse in there as well. If you want you can open the device and check the connectors

That's a shame! I really hope banggood get's everything sorted out and sends you a new unit!
