why are they still counting for 5 seconds during a dribble at the perimeter when there's already a shot clock? makes no sense to me. shouldn't they only count when the ball is held like in college?
You would think, but NFHS is stubborn and doesn't think they need to change all that often. Though, if they dropped the shot clock down to 30, then they might switch to match the NCAA; this is how it is for me in BC for FIBA.
