Cruising French Canals THROUGH lagoons, ETANG de Thau into the Mediterranean Sea

Ep 27: Sailing to the Mediterranean cruising through old French Canals and Rivers avoiding the shortest route to the sea with wild horses and pink flamingos. Short cuts are an OPTION, but not attractive. So we take the Long Way to see Logoons we wouldn't otherwise see before time runs out on the inland waterways of France.

The detour to Etang de Thau was definitely worth the extra fuel and time and I too would visit Marseillan again . . .after we've finished exploring all the other wonderful places we want to see!

Nice to have you back. Beautiful video once again. I know the area having traveled on coaches and a couple of times on the TGV to Perpignan ,and back. It was great to see the scenery from the etangs and canals for a change. thanks once again.

@sailingoptions We spent 6 weeks exploring Friesland this summer and go back to check out more of Netherlands next summer before starting to head south in the following years. Slowly cutting together some of the footage I've taken but I'm sure you know that takes a bit of time.
