@@next-genagents7731 its the way you/re pronouncing the word, Realty. Correctly pronounced, you should first say "REAL", then add the "TEE", hence it should sound like, REAL-TEE, instead of Real-La-Tee, the way you say it. We're just trying to help you my dude.
I do not. Epique is still pretty small and only in a few state so is not even available for the majority of agents out there. If it starts growing and expanding, I may start making content about it down the road.
with lpt 100% commission structure is this correct? using 5 transaction example annual fee 500 transaction 2500 (5*500) annual cap 5000 ( i think this number is incorrect given 5 transaction example) Total expenses $8000 @ lpt 100% vs $10k @ real, & $12,800 @ exp assuming this is correct I could take the $2,000 vs real and $4800 vs exp and invest in any broker stock or any stock i may be interested. If you can meet the production numbers that will award reals $24k stock award or exp $16k stock award then that alone will offset the numbers big time.
so LPT has two different paths, you can do the "business builder" plan which is a flat fee but you don't get any revenue share and very little in stocks, or their "rev share partner" plan which includes revenue share and all the stock options. I'm comparing the rev share partner plan here because it is the most similar to REAL and eXp's models which also give revenue share and stocks. That plan has an 80/20 split and a $15,000 a year cap. Your numbers do look right for the business builder plan. LPT is the cheapest cloud brokerage out there if that is what someone is looking for. If your looking for the BEST brokerage, it's probably not going to also be the cheapest.
Great info! I am a capped agent at EXP and the per transaction fee after we cap is $275 in Florida. I am not sure if the price is different in other states since your spreadsheet shows $250, just so you know.
Oh, interesting. I wonder if they changed it. I was going off of this eXp slide from 2022, page 13 show's $250. Thanks for the update join.exprealty.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/U.S.-Introduction-to-eXp-Realty-Apr-2022-compressed.pdf
@@next-genagents7731 The fees are as follows for a Capped agent: 100% Capped Transaction Fee: $ 250.00 and a Broker Review Fee: $ 25.00 - Hope this helps!
At REAL it is still up to $24k. It's just broken up into 2 awards. The Production Award of $16k and a Cultural Award of $8k. eXp is similar except theirs is broken up into 3 awards, which together add up to $16 total.
At REAL we actually don't have a mentorship program or mentor fee so new agents are not forced to split their first few transactions with their mentor like other brokerages. How open are you to hopping on a video call and we can talk more to see if REAL is a good fit for you or not?
One of the best comparison videos on UA-cam - Keep up the good work. By the way, in order for LPT to go public, they will need approximately 100,000 agents with 10% of their agents on the Rev Share model.
I am at Real and would love to use you calculator for attraction. Are you willing to share it? I am in a completely different market than you. Alaska 🙂@@next-genagents7731
it's true. We reached EBIDA profitability in 2023 and we have maintained it for a full year. We do have competitors who put out misinformation, but this is something you can google.
This isn't accurate as lpt has a 100 percent commission model, which most agents sign up for, and a 5k cap. If you're going to compare the different brokerage, be accurate doing so
I did fully disclose and explained that at 2:18. The Business Builder model is interesting but not really comparable to REAL and eXp since it does not include the stock and rev share benefits. So this video is only comparing their RevShare Partner model to REAL and eXp Realty as that is the most similar.
Not true. Most people heading to lpt are from exp or real. They have two different models to choose from. If they are interested in Rev share there a model for that. If you want to sell and not attract you can keep 100 percent of your commission and pay a small fee per transaction
Realty NOT RelAty
thanks, where does it day RelAty?
I think you are pronouncing re-LA-ty instead or re-AL-ty. :) @@next-genagents7731

35 transactions a year seems pretty low for the top 1% of agents… LPT is a no.
agreed.
Please explain your thoughts further
As a solo agent doing 45 to 65 deal a year. I'm intrigued with lpt I like black and I like black boxes too
The yearly $750 a year fee.. what if you don’t have a single transaction one year. Do you still pay $750 or only if you produce?
no, you don't. You only pay it if you have closings.
Time to update this info.
Because eXp's fees went up?
Has the “ELITE” agent stock option amount gone down significantly? I’m seeing $16k on the website now (circa April 2024)

Hi, I understand there is a separate mentor fee. Is that fee permanent or to few transactions for REAL
