We did not notice this happen when using it, and you could be sure this won't happen if you swing the stand instead of the box when removing it 😉

Hello sir i am here just want to complain your watercolor full pan are so bad as hell the size is too small not full at all and i am sick of this brand except your brushes your qc have to care about these issues

Hello, size of the pans may change depending the pigment used. Each pigment has its own density and this can change the size, but the weight of colours in each is always the same.

@@kyawgyi63948 Other brands pour watercolour in the pan, that's not the way we manufacture them. We extrude the colour, and cut it in pans. When they dry the size change depending the density of the pigment used, but the weight of colours remains the same for all colours.
