If you can’t go up to people with money with at least that much confidence in your product than business ain’t for you. “Poor” people laughing at you is something you can struggle off easy but damn spitting numbers and defending your product to people who made it is hella different. I wanted to see where that Larq guy was going with is pitch.
I'm embarrassed that the Skinny Mirror entrepreneur ever thought her product made sense. Especially not in retail store, and any retail store that invested in it should be out of business for fraud.

It has multiple people to sell to Environmentalist, people who travel frequently, people living in third world counties, people who just want safer drinking water aka flint Michigan, and people who don’t want to waste money on over priced water bottles it makes drinking tap cheaper There’s actually a demand for that product and i would definitely put money into the product. Patients can’t just be replicated it’s illegal

"Highest evaluation ever" and they gave up 10% for a line of credit at 9% interest. They litterally gave 10% away for nothing, they said they already had a line if credit at a lower interest and likely could've git what Kevin was offering themselves.

The percentage doesn't matter as much as the evaluation. The reason the percentages are higher is because to evaluation is lower. If the company was worth more they would be happy with a smaller percentage. Although, they wouldn't need to come on the show because other venture capitalists would throw money at them.

that skinny mirror idea is actually good in theory. people want to lie to themselves about their body issues but the problem is they don't want to know theyre doing it. the mere act of buying it for yourself is confirming that your lying to yourself. it would be much better as a gag gift for someone else or sold to clothing stores without telling customers theyre altered. people will likely pick up on it but won't care/say anything cause they want to perpetuate the lie.
