I have visited the place, but the property agent says it will take time for generating Patta Kabala after we do a booking for the plot. Frankly didn’t find it convincing considering no road clearance document, less than 25 feet road and some glitch with the documents. Kindly think 10 times before investment. Thanks

They don’t know how to talk with customers ..I spoke with the person (First Contact no. mentioned on screen )and asked about the pricing part and few others details but that person replied me if you visit the site or any of your family members visit the site then call or else don’t call ..very bad behaviour by the agent

go for minimum 30 ft road otherwise in future you will get problem to get BDA approval for housing plan
