I realise the shape is subjective but to me the old shape is beautiful compared to the new one which has some really awkward features.BMW seem to be going out of their way to make quite ugly cars.This one is not bad but compared to the old it really lacks...just my opinion,I'm sure I will be shot down in flames!

What nonsense, if you need the rear seats you don't buy a 2er.
Nonsense indeed, though BMW made the new 2er bigger in every dimension yet that area is smaller..
