Hello my friends! Good day / Good evening wherever you are 🌏Here is a full 2 hours plus of our ocean hands sounds! This time spiced up a little for you by trying out different surfaces and textures. I seem to hear the sea in so many ASMR sounds so this was fun to put together. Let me know what you think and if you have any preferences, or not 😋I'm so over the moon to finally put this video out as it just didn't want to see you till today 😅It took a little longer than usual to make which is normal for a video like this but first it wouldn't upload then it got stuck in processing for a whole day! 😂So someone else is in charge it seems. Not only do cats decrease our stress levels and lower blood pressure, they're purring vibrates anywhere from 40 to 140 hertz vibrational frequency, which is very healing for the physical body. Obi is the most beautiful cat i have ever seen and his purring sounds exactly like my cats purring so that was very relaxing for me. My cat tends to sit with me while i’m studying and often puts me to sleep haha!

I think one of the reasons I enjoy your videos like this is how the element of play is infused throughout. We as adults don't play enough! It's fun and soothing and discovering new sounds through play is such a beautiful throwback from childhood 💞

So much goes into ASMR, much more than just sounds. Not all people who do ASMR understand that. The delicacy, the detail, the slow speaking and slow movements, the care put into the way items are touched and handled. It all brings about the safe vibe of comfort and relaxation. Emma has a concept of this.

One of the medications that I take a few times a day makes me drowsy so I’ve been sleeping a lot lately. But the good news is I haven’t had a severe headache all week. I’m still getting slight migraines and headaches but not as severe now. I’m kinda dealing with a little headache today but it’s not too bad. It’s been so cold out lately I’ve just been to stay warm. It’s nice to see a lovely new video from you, as always! I miss your voice in this one but it’s okay, the sounds you’re creating are so satisfying. Thank you so much for another lovely video Emma.
