I've watched your FIFA vids for a couple of years now and it's cool to see you get into cards. PSA has just been ridiculously stingy with 10s since the new owner took over. My last seven orders have looked exactly like this.

Try grading with SGC. They are so much more fair. If it looks like a 10 it is or maybe you get a 9.5. Better than a mountain of 9s imo
